The most important function of the side sills is to protect the vehicle while overcoming obstacles.
The MorE 4x4 thresholds are made of a 3mm thick profile and their supports are 6mm thick steel. Profiles should be welded to the frame so as to obtain the highest rigidity. The use of mounting screws instead of welding the thresholds to the frame may not provide sufficient strength for off-road construction.
The thresholds have two openings designed for lifting a vehicle behind them with a Hi-Lift lift. The middle hole is for lighting - 18W LED panel.
The MorE 4x4 side sills are covered with "Cracked Desert" stove paint applied in powder coating technique. This strong structure gives an effect similar to the RAPTOR coating.
