Shipping method

Most orders are shipped with UPS for abroad and General Post for domestic. Due to the regulations of UPS & General, packages that exceed a certain size and weight are likely to be subject to additional shipping costs. Some large packages may be shipped by truck. If you wish to receive the goods in a shorter period of time, there are several alternative Express shipping methods at an additional cost.

Payment can be made by deposit in a bank account.

Order delays

As long as we are Large Warehouse Distributors, we have a huge volume of products. But sometimes we may not have enough of one kind. You will be notified if an order cannot be shipped on time. In addition to special orders and certain orders that are canceled, we will not charge your credit card for orders that have not been shipped.
Guarantees

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it within 7 days from the date of sale for immediate refund of the amount paid for the product. We simply clarify that the product must not have been used, worn out, lacked parts or the accompanying printed material of the manufacturer. Refunds do not include shipping costs. In exchange for defective products, 4x4Off-Road will pay the shipping costs only for the outgoing replacement product. Special orders and items that are not in stock are exempt from this policy and will be valued at a corresponding charge. Please note that we do not pay shipping costs related to return of goods.

All spare parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranties. 4x4Off-Road cannot take any responsibility for the use or application by the user. 4x4Off-Road is not responsible for any work, accidental or otherwise related to the cost of installing the product.
